Only three years from the last

conference, we invite you to Oxford!

To get back to our pre-Covid four

year cycle, the next conference will

be in 2027.

In a few days, you can submit your

new abstract and register for the

upcoming conference here via

our website.

So, please watch out to secure a place

at the always over-subscribed 

gathering, as we work on a first comes

first saved principle.

In addition, the earlier you register,

the lower the fees are.

The proceedings of the 2024 conference are

in the making - over 400 short articles and

workshop contributions have been handed

in, are in the process of being peer reviewed,

and those that were accepted will be 

layaouted and go to press.

The proceedings will appear towards the 

end of 2026.

It is our plan to then have the proceedings

of the previous two conferences (2019,

published in 2021, and 2015, published in

2017) fully open access and directly down-

loadable from the website of Peeters

Publischers (Leuven).

This new open access facility will greatly

enhance the visibility and availability of

your contributions.

Workshops and workshop papers

Again, colleagues interested in convening workshops and become co-editors of the papers presented at their workshops (with added papers to complement the respective topics) are invited to submit proposals soon.

Think about a relevant topic, write a short abstract, including the contributors and potential titles of their contributions. After the director's review and acceptance, workshop participants can register.

 

The conditions are:

- contributors to workshops should come from two different countries

- the workshop proposer has to be registered

- potential contributors have to be registered, so that the workshop can finally be accepted.
